Shift: Saturday & Sunday 6:30 AM - 3 PM
Monitors front desk, helps maintain building security and facilities in a clean, orderly, and safe condition by performing the following duties:
Monitor front door activity; require that all guests entering the building provide a valid, current ID; and require that they sign into the log book.*
Perform janitorial duties as assigned, such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, washing windows, ensuring restrooms are in acceptable condition, etc.*
Become familiar with and enforce all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.*
Interface with owner/agency/residents regarding issues in a professional and courteous manner.*
Notifiy Community Manager of lease agreement violations by completing written incident reports.*
Check in with fellow employees at the beginning and end of your shifts, including notifying existing employees when you are going to lunch or leaving the property.*
Responds promptly to after-hours calls from the emergency service and promptly notify Community Manager of any emergencies. Calls 911 if needed.*
Notify Community Manager concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.*
Other duties as assigned.*

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
