    Essential Functions and Responsibilities


    The Receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies, and additional clerical duties. As the first point of contact for many clients and customers, receptionist must be a clear communicator and act in a professional, friendly manner.

    Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate extension, transferring calls as appropriate.*


    Greet, sign in, and direct visitors to the company.*


    Regularly check and distribute faxes received in a timely manner.*


    Maintain and order office supplies using appropriate supply vendor.*


    Maintain and regularly update the Microsoft Access database to ensure accurate information is available, such as property and employee details.


    Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.*


    Assist with the receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.*


    Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.*


    Regularly update prospective tenant and agency contact information along with other property-related listings.*


    Create and supply pre-printed mailing labels for the multi-purpose room.*


    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Valid Driver's License required.



    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
