The responsibilities of the Server are to provide quick, efficient, pleasant delivery of food in the dining room, ensuring the quality of standards and services are being delivered.
Serve meals and bus tables while maintaining a friendly, respectful, and courteous personality.
Assure that residents’ assistive devices are appropriately stored, making certain that safety is not compromised.
Set up and break down dining room tables and wait stations prior to and following meals.
Clean equipment, furniture, appliances, floors, drains, storage area, refrigerator, freezer, and sinks according to schedule.
Keep the environment safe, clean, and free of clutter.
Assist in preparing foods for special events.
Assist with washing and storing pots, pans, dishware, and silverware, using proper sanitation techniques.
Participate in and attend all required in-service training and education programs as scheduled.
Carry out any other tasks that may be reasonably assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
