    Monday-Friday 7:00AM-8:00AM and 8:00PM-9:00PM

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities


    The Key Holder keeps common areas in a clean, orderly, and safe condition. Assists Manager in opening doors for residents and participates in rotation of emergency pager as applicable.


    Pick up and empty trash and clean dumpster areas.*


    Maintain clean common areas by vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and/or sweeping. Common areas include, but are not limited to: community room(s), kitchen, bathrooms, offices, entry areas, and laundry room.*


    Notify Community Manager of lease agreement violations by completing written incident reports and maintain a log book of events occurring during the shift.*


    Notify Manager of any emergencies and call 911 if needed.*


    Lock and unlock designated common areas and assist residents as needed.*


    Provide coverage for manager as requested; take and relay messages and complaints.*


    Notify Community Manager concerning need for repairs.*


    Perform other duties as assigned.
