    Essential Functions and Responsibilities


    The Dining Room Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, training, supervising, and evaluating dining room staff.


    Schedule workweek for all dining hall servers and kitchen staff.*


    Train and evaluate dining room staff.*


    Organize and conduct staff meetings.*


    Work closely with the kitchen staff on meals being served and timing of those meals to the residents.*


    Maintain dining room supplies and restock as needed. This includes all paper products along with dining utensils, plates, and glasses.*


    Design menu covers and content daily.*


    Decorate the dining hall for special events and holidays using supplies stored at the property.


    Organize the tables and the sections for the servers.


    Assist with leasing tours of the dining room and kitchen.


    Perform other duties as assigned.

    High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1-2 years of industry-related experience; or a combination of related experience and education.
