Essential Functions and Responsibilities

The Personal Assistant provides general personal support to the owners of Cascade Management, assisting in daily work and family needs. Performs a variety of tasks including child care and transportation for the family which will ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

 

Offer personalized support to the family including, but not limited to:

 

• Organizing events/engagements
• Running errands
• Light housekeeping
• Managing appointments and/or calendars
• Making reservations
• Placing orders
• Answering and returning phone calls
• Care for in home pets including feeding, cleaning and vet appointments as needed
• Other similar administrative and support duties as needed*

 

Provide customized and personalized childcare for four school-aged children including driving them to/from school and after-school activities on occasion.*

 

Help school aged children with schoolwork as needed.

 

Provide a safe, caring, and nurturing environment where the children will develop and thrive.*

 

Complete grocery shopping on occasion.

 

Coordinate with vendors for home repair or delivery or sale of items for home on occasion.*

 

Prepare or assist in preparation of meals for family on occasion.

 

Support corporate functions by providing meals and refreshments, as requested.

 

Perform occasional office clerical duties as assigned.*

 

Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.*

 

Travel as required for in person classes and annual education conferences*

 

Regular and reliable attendance during scheduled hours*

 

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Physical Demands

Valid Driver's License and Insurance Required.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Additional 2-4 years education, training, and/or experience in child development/child care required. Current CPR (cardio pulmonary resuscitation) certification required.
